Notes

This is a nice (and very affordable) craft bourbon to keep handy. Highlights include the heavy vanilla in the nose and the rye that comes in on the backend and acts as a warming spice all the way down. The proof is a little lower which helps in drawing out some of the flavors and nuance. And it isn’t overly cloying or sweet. Overall one that I try to keep on my shelf as a nice sipping whiskey for pretty much anytime of the year.
