Q: Have you ever had to make good trouble?

A: I have had times when I haved need to stand up and take positions that were in alignment with my ethics. It has usually been in interpersonal situations, and I have also had moments of failure where I wasn’t my best self. I see it as my role as a leader who has some ability to make change to try and create situations where those in my care feel safe and successful. I want them to feel that if good trouble needs to be made, we are doing it together and I have their back.
