Q: How does fear impact your creativity and leadership?

A: Fear is a constant companion and often a driver. When I sit with this and think about it, I can identify some key areas where it has impacted my creativity and leadership. This includes:

1. Fear of drawing in my sketch journal because whatever I produce won’t live up to whatever expectations I have in my head.

2. Moments when I don’t let my leadership shine because I am afraid of voicing my opinion.

3. Moments where I don’t let my fun and silly side show because of a fear that it will undermine some vision I have built up of myself.
