Q: How can you keep in touch with the present while planning?
A: I can keep myself present in the moment by:
Remembering to focus on breathing.
Using a stressful moment as an opportunity to meditate.
Putting down what I am doing and focusing on my kids.
Picking an activity that demands my focused attention (like cooking).
Creating art.
Taking a walk with my dog.
Going on a hike in the Wasatch Mountains.
