YEAR OF ZEN: SPRING: DAY 47
Q: Meditate, let your thoughts know that you don’t know, and breath. How did that feel?
A: There is such high value in meditation practice. In addition to calming the mind, I find that it has the profound value of showing me just how much my thoughts and conscious mind are like passing clouds. Sometimes these clouds will pile up, flash lightning, and crack thunder. But, like any storm those clouds will pass. There is profound wisdom in making this awareness and active part of my day.
