Q: Calm yourself. Feel better?
A: Glad for a practical call to calm today after some extra stress at work the past few days. It was centering and calming and put me in the place of trying to provide constructive criticism and recommendations instead of something less productive. I find stretching puts me in the right mind and right focus for the work ahead. Breath, stretch, focus, rest, and repeat. This is good advice to remember and live by.
