YEAR OF ZEN: SPRING: DAY 87

Q: Where do you hold tension?

A: I tend to hold most of my tension in my shoulders and my hips. I know this because when I take the time to stretch and breath it releases tension from those places and it feels magical. As with all things, it is a matter of being mindful and remembering to make the time for this.
