Q: Have you ever had your day changed by a kind look, an authentic thank-you, or a routine that felt genuine?

A? Yes, I believe that human energy and kindness can transfer and I have had multiple times in my life when my mood/day has shifted with a simple act of kindness from somebody else. There is tremendous power there. There is equal wisdom and power in knowing that the gate swings both ways, and it is just as easy to dampen and ruin someone’s day with negative words and emotions. I fell into this trap recently and I do not like the person I am when I cause that kind of mess for others.
