Q: Have you ever put yourself so into a practice that your effort disappears?

A: Yes, there have been multiple moments in my life where I have engaged in something so completely that time falls away and a flow state is achieved. While rare, these moments are absolutely attainable. I have found this place in myself when hiking, walking, drawing, organizing, cleaning, playing the piano, cooking, and in several other places and spaces.
