Q: Have you found leading to be easy or hard?

A: I think anyone who responds to leadership being “easy” is someone I would be skeptical of following. Leadership is often (usually) a hard and lonely place where it is very easy to be overcome with self doubt. Like most thing in life, experience and exposure is invaluable but it doesn’t change the nature of the beast. In times where I have been pulled into this position, I have found the creating a safe space and just listening is one of the best and most important things I can do.
