Q: Find a frozen area somewhere in your body where tension is being held and spend a moment imagining it melting. How was that?

A: Probably the area with the most tension for me remains my relationship with my physical body. I simultaneously love and and get frustrated that the health goals I set for myself are often so slow in arriving (if they do at all). Reflecting on this, and thawing out the tension, I can see that I have made great strides over the last year+. I also see that if I am not compassionate and forgiving and understanding with myself it is difficult, if not impossible, to extend those virtues to others.
