Q: There is no separation between the self and all things. Reflect.

A: Any divisions we create, and identities we assume that separate us, are illusions and constructs blocking awareness to the deep reality of interconnectedness. And so much suffering, pain, and loss occurs in that disconnect. I feel like I have some awareness of this but keeping it focused and in front of me remains a challenge and work in progress. This is the work of a lifetime.
