Q: How does the outside reflect inside your body?
A: It isn’t uncommon for me to get fidgety when I am sitting and trying to focus and/or meditate. Because we are of the world and in the world, the world is always present inside and outside of us. I hear it in the noises around me and the periodic smells that enter my nasal cavity. I think the only way to avoid this would be time spent in a sensory deprivation environment where the cosmic realities of my internal landscape would be more immediately present.
