Q: Reflect on the “cozy space” of your attention.

A: Spring is on the horizon but the nights remain bone-chilling and the mornings take time to find my warmth. Turning to a mindful place I am able to think on how the day will play out and what I am obligated to. From this place of comfort I act more deliberately and feel powerful.
