A Year In The Life: 1981
Toddling it up in 1981.

Prince Charles marries Lady Diana Spencer (July 29)
Elizabeth Jordan Carr, the first U.S. IVF baby, is born (December 28).
AIDS recognized by the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention.
MS-DOS released.
The first IBM-PC released.

The New York Yankees beat the Los Angeles Dodgers in the World Series.
