Q: Have you ever held your breath when a breath is what would help you relax?

A: Yes! I have had some positive experiences at work where I was able to heed this wisdom, namely by making it a point to really listen to the person who is causing (or co-creating with me) a tense situation. Focusing on listening connects effortlessly to focus on breathing which effortlessly connects to keeping calm. I still have miles and miles of growth with this but I am convinced of the value of this approach and practice.
