Q: What is your most-used tool at work and what do you appreciate about it?

A: My most used and trusted tool at work is a pen. I tend to write first and then transition my thoughts to digital. The pen flows closer to the speed of my conscious thinking. It is the tool that brings best life to my thoughts. It allows me to refine ideas and make progress when my brain feels stuck. And it is the tool that proves the means for organization, which I prize highly in my life.
