YEAR OF ZEN: AUTUMN: DAY 16
Primavera - Sandro Botticelli
Q: Write a couple of lines about loss and love.
A: I have been fortunate that the moments of loss I have faced in life have not closed me off, but rather have opened my heart to deep and meaningful wisdom and connections. My moments of loss have galvanized me to find solace in the people and places that are a balm for my soul. In turn, my love for those things has only deepened. I know that more loss is inevitable in this life, but I hope that when it comes I can again use it as an opportunity to grow and expand the love and kindness inside, and outside, myself.
