Q: Practice some simple breathing and reflect.
A: I appreciate simple, guided meditation practices because the remind me of how simple it is to reconnect to calm and reorient myself towards a clear and present mindset. I also enjoyed this because it brings awareness to my body. I will try to remember to keep this simple practice on the ready for moments when I can really benefit from it.
