Q: Have you experienced doing the same thing and found something brand new?

A: Yes, I firmly believe that even the most entrenched routines can reveal wisdom and unexpected facets when we are fortunate enough to look on them with clear eyes. This year has been one where I have been very deliberate and thoughtful about building the habits and routines that make the life I want to lead achievable. Getting these routines established was the tricky part but now that most of them are firmly in place, I am constantly discovering new things in them that bring me joy and deepen my commitment to maintaining them.
