Q: What do women bring to the picture that is needed?

A: Speaking from my perspective and experience, the powerful women in my life have provided grounding, wisdom, and vision that have been crucial. I have been fortunate to witness and benefit from the patience, love, and kindness of important women in my life, particularly Sarah and my mom. Both remain pillars who continue to support me. I am also fortunate to be a dad to a remarkable young woman who is emerging as a brilliant, kind, and creative force in her own right. Men have benefitted from a high form of privilege and I remain committed to using mine to try and dismantle that way of being however I can so that we can all help build something that is more inclusive and equitable.
