YEAR OF ZEN: AUTUMN: DAY 86
Death and Life - Gustav Klimt
Q: How might the fact of impermanence clarify your day and life?
A: I have read and lived the practice of keeping death as a fixture in mind because the radiance of the unnegotiable reality helps me to clarify, focus, and contextualize constant meaning in my life. It is part of my philosophy that I hold open for refinement and I have enough life experience to know that the kernel of truth at the core rings of truth and wisdom. Death comes for us all and that knowledge and acceptance can be very freeing.
