YEAR OF ZEN: SPRING: DAY 30
Q: What is your “real work?”
A: Thinking on this, I am not sure how to divorce my “real work” from the sum total of ALL the work I do in my life. I am constantly “working” to improve and realize the best versions of myself across the small amount of time and space I occupy. My real work includes being a son, brother, friend, husband, and father. My real work is as a passionate archivist. My real work is climbing mountains to gain perspectives. My real work is striving to live in the present moment and realizing that this is the sacred space where all of life and work really happens.
