YEAR OF ZEN: SPRING: DAY 21
Q: Make time for meditation, sit, breathe, and reflect.
A: Pausing and reflecting on the small moments of a day where meditation could take place, they become numerous. The early morning moments when I am usually the first in our house awake and drinking coffee…the moments after finishing lunch in my office…sitting in traffic…and, finally, the moments before sleep when I have an opportunity to reflect and set a tone for the day to come.
