YEAR OF ZEN: SPRING: DAY 59
Q: Hold the hope that suffering for others will be relieved. Reflect.
A: This practice prompt is extraordinary and powerful. I am reminded that I cannot heal all suffering but I can actively work to limit it through countless daily actions. I can be a source of joy to family and friends. I can choose to live a mindful life. I can be plant-based in my consumption. And I can commit to one act of kindness everyday. Even a smile or acknowledgment can have an unexpected positive impact on another.
