Q: Are you able to work invisibly, making sure that what needs to get done gets done?

A: Yes, I often feel that my best work comes from the “back of the room” when I am given the time and space to dig in and work. I think that this is one reason I have had such a positive nearly-20 year working relationship with my Director, Ken. I am comfortable working my way and he is comfortable providing me with the space to do so. He is also a good advocate for the finished product, which I think usually exceeds expectations.
