Q: Write about an apple.

A: Not having an apple immediately at my disposal, I will write about memory of an apple. At our house we tend to buy Pink Lady Apples exclusively. Their skin is usually a shade of pink/light red. The white flesh of the apple is juicy and has enough sweetness to be delicious without being cloying. The size of the apple varies, ranging from palm sized to the size of a baseball. I need more Pink Lady Apples in my life.
