Q: Sometimes we need to go straight on a crooked path. What is a next step you need to take in your work?

A: A next step I need to take on my own crooked path at work is seeing projects through and staying focused on them until they are finished before I spin up something shiny and new. I am self-aware enough to know that I am easily seduced by planning out and launching new projects but that I struggle with moving them forward. This is doubly true when they begin piling up on my plate. Focus up and follow through!
