Q: Who or what can you honor today? Where can you send your blessing?

A: Today I honor my family. I do this by constantly working to be present, enjoy shared space and time with them, and honoring each of them. This extends out to everyone I am connected to and I include the friends who I have self-selected as family. In turn, I feel the love and respect they hold for me being directed back and it is the most life-affirming source of energy I know of.
