YEAR OF ZEN: AUTUMN: DAY 01
Western Landscape - John Mix Stanley
Q: Sometimes we feel centered and then we lose it. This is being human. Reflect.
A: Yes, there are ebbs and flows to existence and perception…days when I feel like everything is working and in flow and days where I feel like nothing is working and bordering on failure. The former days tend to outnumber the latter but both do exist. And it is in those low moments when the power of breathing cultivating calm and focus is most needed. Without that I tend to think and make decisions from a place that is out of alignment with who I aspire to be as a person.
