YEAR OF ZEN: SUMMER: DAY 73

Q: Hold a familiar cup, take it in silently, and describe.

A: The cup is smooth and contoured to fit easily in the hand. It has been designed for a unique purpose, though I have shifted that purpose. Because I love this cup (a coffee mug for the OSW Review video podcast) and was worried about its long-term viability in the hurly burly of our sink, I converted it to the cup that holds all of my pens. I now use it daily in my work and journaling pursuits, glad that is continues to serve a vital function in my life.
