A: Yes, taking meaningful moments to cultivate breath and peace has proven helpful! Again, this is one of those small habits I want to keep building. I need to find toeholds that help me remember to pause and breath throughout the day. I have been doing more breathing practice at night as I fall asleep. Perhaps incorporating it in as practice whenever I eat or drink something? Just a small moment of breath, focus, and peace in which I can recalibrate and then move forward.
