Q: Gently acknowledge the places where you might slip out of integrity.

A: There are absolutely places where I can actively work to deepen my integrity. One is in the periodic use of white lies done in the service of (what I assume) is sparing the feelings of others. Honesty in all things, even/especially when it is uncomfortable, should be the goal. Similarly, internalizing things and what I feel as truths and not making them known is an integrity hit that I would be well served focusing on. Things don’t grow well in the dark.
