Q: Are you honoring the temple that you are?
A: This is an ongoing area of focus. I have actively built habits that support and honor the temple of my body. These include regular exercise, a plant-based diet, going to bed before 10:00 PM, and working to limit my drinking. And in these things I have found success that is sustainable and life-affirming. But, it is important for me to consistently remember that there will be slipups and the goal is the journey and not necessarily the destination.
