Q: What bothers you more: being fussed over when you are sick or not being cared for adequately?

A: Is is usually context specific and depenent on how sick I am. Like anyone, I do appreciate knowing that I am loved and having this demonstrated by care. And like most, I also don’t want to be an extra burden on those I love. I guess, in honesty, being ignored or not seem when I am suffering would be far worse to me than being overly cared for. Now to take that as a lesson to apply more broadly, and to more of my fellow travelers, in day to day living.
