Arches National Park

Arches National Park is a 120 square mile National Park in eastern Utah that contains a high concentration of natural rock arches, bridges, and windows. The site was designated as a National Monument in 1929 and was given its name after a recommendation by the monuments first superintendent, Frank Pinkley. Arches National Monument was designated Arches National Park in 1971. Arches National Park falls within the ancestral, traditional, and contemporary lands of the Timpanogos Nation and the Núu-agha-tʉvʉ-pʉ̱ (Ute)
