Bob's (Vegan) Burgers: New Bacon-ings

We have started a new project at our house that will result in the veganizing of all the burgers from the Bob’s Burgers Burger Book by Loren Bouchard. I’ll highlight the efforts here, and break down what the vegan versions contain. First up was the “New Bacon-ings Burger” that included:
