This is a 1960 map of a proposed transmission system to move water from the Colorado River throughout the western states. It is from records created by the Utah Colorado River Commission, which was established to oversee the utilization of Colorado River water in Utah as per the 1922 Colorado River Compact. This map is held by the Utah State Archives and Records Service and can be found in series 200.
