A Gathering of Friends - Lynn Veach Sadler

Q: Whistle, hum, or sing the feeling of being with a friend. What was that like?

A: At ease and relaxed. The feeling of comfort high enough to reveal something like true self while having the space to safely stretch and better learn more about myself. To me, these are the hallmarks of true friendship. I have been unbelievably fortunate in my life to develop many deep, meaningful friendships. I value the friends in my life beyond measure. They make me a better person and I try to reciprocate that to them as much as I can. For better or worse, we are often judged by those we call friends and in that regard I know I am am well thought of simply because those around me are such high caliber human beings. Like music, true friendship is one of the most magical things we have going on this planet.
