Q: What gets in the way of your resting? What three things can you do to support yourself in this?
A:
1. Stick to my routine and be in bed no later than 10 PM every evening.
2. Limit liquid consumption in the evening so that I don’t need to wake up and use the restroom at night
3. Exercise regularly to exhaust my body and give it a reason to crave restorative rest and sleep.
