YEAR OF ZEN: SPRING: DAY 28
Q: How is holding the “noble posture of the Buddha” for you, regardless of how you are holding it?
A: When I remember to sit in the “noble posture of the Buddha” it is usually when I am meditating. I often feel more open and receptive to thoughtful repose and mindfulness. I remember my breath and its fundamental role in connecting me to life on this planet. I remember to explore my thoughts without an immediate rush to judgment. And, I remember to take the time to scan my body and really listen to it.
